By downloading, installing or using WittyWorder, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Eligibility & Younger Users
WittyWorder is a general-audience game. If you are under the age required to agree to these terms on your own in your region, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.
Guest Play & Accounts
You may play as a guest without creating an account. Creating a registered account is optional and is used to back up and restore your progress across devices. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Gameplay, Fair Use & Leaderboards
Puzzles, scores, streaks and leaderboard rankings are intended to reflect genuine gameplay. Using automated tools, exploits, or other means to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in score removal, leaderboard exclusion, or account suspension.
Hints & Rewarded Advertising
WittyWorder may offer a limited number of free hints per day and the option to unlock additional hints by watching a rewarded advertisement. Watching an ad is always optional.
Intellectual Property
WittyWorder's name, logo, word lists, design and software are owned by BLOCKSTECH LABS LIMITED (operating as ServiceBlocks) or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.
Prohibited Behaviour
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Service Availability & Updates
We may modify, suspend, or update WittyWorder at any time, and features may change between versions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Suspension, Termination & Deletion
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time in-app or via our account deletion page.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
WittyWorder is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, BLOCKSTECH LABS LIMITED (operating as ServiceBlocks) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WittyWorder after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
